Franchise Investment and Return on Your Investment
The total fee to own a FedPayUSA, LLC franchise is $30,000 for each protected geographic territory. This payment includes all franchise and services fees. FedPayUSA, LLC covers the cost of travel, training, starter kit and an initial outreach direct mailing to businesses within your protected geographic territory. Home-base expenses for office space, equipment, personnel and other start up costs will be your responsibility.

When FedPayUSA, LLC services are sold, we will split net revenues after vendor fees on a 50/50 basis. Compensation is calculated on a monthly basis for the previous month’s sales/business transactions.

During an initial phone consultation, we will discuss your territory interest(s) and market demographics. We will also talk about your expectations for owning and operating a FedPayUSA, LLC franchise and financial obligations.

If it’s decided we're a good match for each other, we will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Step 2: Complete our Franchise Disclosure Document
The Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) provides you with in-depth information about FedPayUSA, LLC franchises and franchisee ownership.
Franchise regulations require you have the FDD for a period of 14 calendar days prior to purchasing a franchise. We will continue to actively work with you in finalizing your territory selection(s).

Step 3: Complete our Franchise Agreement

The disclosure period for the Franchise Agreement is 7 calendar days, and it can run concurrently with your FDD disclosure period.

Step 4: Decision Time.
This is where is gets exciting. To officially become an owner of your own franchise, you simply need to sign and submit your Franchise Agreement, and send your payment to our corporate office. Once we receive the documents and payment, we will execute the contract and it’s complete!

Step: 5: Attend "Boot Camp" Training
We will provide travel, lodging and meal expenses during your start-up training. Our mandatory training course is required for the principal franchise owner. It is also beneficial to invite any key staff members that will be integral in helping you operate your territory. You will be responsible for their travel and lodging expenses during the training period. You will learn about each of our services, competitive advantages, operational issues, sales techniques, and marketing ideas and strategies.

Training is held at the FedPayUSA, LLC corporate office in Columbia, Missouri. After your initial training, we continue to provide assistance via phone, on-site visits, email, and our Web site. There isn't any additional expense for this valuable training and support.

Step 6: Begin Your New Life!
During the set-up of your new business, you will continue to have access to us for any additional questions. As soon as you return from training and your materials are assembled, you’re ready to start accomplishing your dreams!
